Full Job Description Location:
Allentown, Pennsylvania (new market launch)
Schedule:
Full-time, Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) As a Lot Attendant at our growing repossession lot in Allentown, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our new market facility. Your work will help maintain the integrity of our vehicle inventory, provide excellent service to clients, and support our commitment to safety, professionalism, and efficiency as we expand into this region.
Salary & Benefits:
This position starts at $35,000 per year, based on your skills and experience with a $2,500 sign on bonus. What You Will Do:
Process repossessed vehicles by taking detailed photos, completing condition reports, and conducting thorough property inventories. Prepare vehicles for transport to various auction locations, following established procedures and safety standards. Provide friendly, calm, and professional service to clients redeeming their vehicles and personal property, even in stressful situations. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately to ensure compliance with lienholders and company policies. Monitor the lot for any deficiencies, safety concerns, or abnormalities and report them promptly to your Lot Supervisor. Perform other hands-on tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the lot, including working outdoors in various weather conditions. What You Bring to the
Team:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a similar role (lot, yard, warehouse, inventory, or automotive environment) demonstrating reliable process management or inventory handling. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members. Ability to adapt and respond proactively to the needs of a busy lot in a growing, new market. Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems). A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Comfort with physical work, including walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in different weather conditions.
