Allentown Kia is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Porter to join our fast-growing team in Allentown, PA. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and positive service experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests entering the service area in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure the service lane remains clear of vehicles at all times. Maintain a clean and safe service drive, including keeping floors dry during inclement weather. Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained daily. Perform designated daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned. Support the service team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (required). One year of previous Porter or Shuttle Driver experience strongly preferred. Upbeat, positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
