Do:

Lead & manage the Service Drive Team – onboard, train, and oversee daily operations Ensure operational excellence – maintain standard operating procedures and company policies Drive safety & compliance – conduct daily safety reviews and staff training Build strong client relationships – establish regular meetings with dealership management Oversee payroll & scheduling – manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting Develop future leaders – mentor employees and identify management potential What We’re

Looking For:

Leadership experience – previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry Strong communication skills – ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients Problem-solving mindset – quick thinking and ability to resolve challenges efficiently Detail-oriented – ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies Valid driver’s license – with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record
