• storage facility in the Jack London Square area of Oakland, CA. We are seeking a Service Attendant with strong customer service skills who can handle maintenance and sales duties. This job requires some lifting and general janitorial duties.
• This position will require working outside and showing storage units on the property.

Must be able to work weekends

Work Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday, 1 pm to 9 pm Wednesday, 7 am to 1 pm

• Work schedule subject to change based on the facility's needs

Essential Duties:

• Ensure property, self-storage units, and grounds are cleaned and maintained.
• Fix minor repairs and perform unit lock checks.
• Assist the office by showing prospective tenants storage spaces.
• Must be able to perform the company's sales process.

Travel:

• Drive the Move-In Truck to the service station for gas or an oil change.
• Drive to the hardware store for property repair or maintenance items.
• Attend meetings off-site for company training.

License:

• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
