In this role, you will oversee daily operations of parking and guest vehicle management, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all visitors. Your leadership will motivate staff, uphold safety standards, and deliver outstanding guest services that reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence. Duties Supervise and schedule valet staff to ensure efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns promptly. Manage the safe handling and parking of all vehicles in our lot Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering responsibilities and accurate processing of payments for parking services. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service standards, safety protocols, and proper vehicle handling techniques. Monitor the team's performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, and company policies during vehicle operations and guest interactions. Skills Proven experience in guest services within hospitality or dealership environments. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management. Valid driving license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
