DF Properties & Recovery is seeking a dependable and organized Lot Attendant / Inventory Coordinator to manage our repossession storage lot. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle inventory, securing personal property, and ensuring the lot remains organized and professional. Apply in Person at 726 Mauney Drive or call 803-233-1909 Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory of all repossessed vehicles in the storage lot. Log vehicles into the inventory system and verify vehicle information. Remove, inventory, bag, label, and securely store personal property found inside vehicles. Prepare personal property for customer retrieval according to company procedures. Keep the repossession yard clean, organized, and properly arranged. Perform routine inspections of the lot to ensure all vehicles are accounted for. Take photos and document vehicle condition when needed. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles as required. Assist office staff and repo agents with locating vehicles and updating inventory. Follow all company policies regarding chain of custody and confidentiality. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
