Job Description
615 Auto Sales is a busy dealership in Hendersonville, TN, looking for an experienced Automotive Lot Attendant / Porter to join our team. This is not a full-detail position. Our vehicles are generally already clean. Your job is to keep them clean, organized, properly staged, and ready for customers. Previous experience as a dealership Lot Attendant, Lot Porter, Service Porter, Automotive Porter, Car Wash Attendant, or similar automotive position is strongly preferred. What We Offer $16-$19 per hour based on experience and performance Weekly pay Performance-based raises Opportunity for advancement into higher-paying lot operations roles 5-day work week Sundays always off One additional weekday off 1 week paid vacation after 1 year Paid Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day $200 customer referral bonus Stable, year-round work Free on-site parking What You'll Do Wash and vacuum dealership inventory as needed Keep vehicles clean and customer-ready Move, line up, and stage inventory Keep vehicle rows organized and properly presented Reposition vehicles as inventory changes Drive vehicles for fuel, service, or repairs Pick up and drop off vehicles at nearby locations Keep the dealership lot clean and professional Assist with general lot operations as needed This is a production-oriented role with daily productivity expectations while maintaining quality standards. What We're Looking For Previous dealership or automotive lot experience preferred Reliable and consistently on time Able to work independently and stay productive Comfortable safely moving and parking vehicles Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather Able to handle a physical, fast-paced workday Takes pride in keeping vehicles and the lot looking right A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. Schedule 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 1-hour lunch 5 days per week Sundays always off One additional weekday off Saturdays required How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your current work history.
