Full-time and part-time openings We are looking for individuals with Hospitality experience or valet experience, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a willingness to work in an outdoor setting. As a member of our Parking & Guest Services team, you will provide quick, friendly services to guests and visitors who rely on our hospitality and Front Door Services each day. Greets customers, parks and retrieves vehicles safely while obeying all traffic laws and complying with company safety procedures. Moves with a sense of urgency and anticipates customer needs by providing rapid and efficient service. Presentable, professional, outgoing and compassionate. This is an outside job. While shelter is preset at the valet reception areas, you will be parking and retrieving vehicles and going to/from parking areas in all weather conditions. To be considered for this role, you must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a clean driving record with no serious traffic violations. Experience with face-to-face customer service and the drive to make a great impression. Ability to walk / run during shift and comfortable being on your feet for the majority of the shift.Responsibilities:
Create meaningful moments with all guests and visitors. Project a professional image for ABM and the clients we serve. Embody the values, act as Ambassador of the company and the clients we serve. Use technology/app for valet parking ticket process. Assist customers with their inquiries, offer directions, provide facility information. Work with a sense of urgency, create favorable service outcomes. Work safely and in accordance with all location safety standards and protocols.WE ARE HIRING VALET PARKING ATTENDANTS FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS
