Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear directions for parking procedures Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission cars, in outdoor environments Park and retrieve vehicles promptly while adhering to safety protocols and traffic flow guidelines Assist guests with loading or unloading items when necessary, demonstrating excellent guest service Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services, including processing payments and giving change Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition Follow all safety procedures related to heavy lifting, outdoor work conditions, and vehicle operation Experience Previous experience in valet parking, dealership services, or hospitality is highly preferred Familiarity with automotive service standards and dealership operations is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars, including manual transmissions Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and work outdoors in various weather conditions Experience handling cash transactions with retail math accuracy and cashiering skills Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and professional appearance Join us as a Valet Parking Attendant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, safe vehicle handling, and genuine hospitality.
