Duties Greet customers warmly and direct them to available parking spaces or valet services as needed Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety, security, and proper vehicle flow Operate standard passenger cars safely within the parking lot, including valet parking when required Process cash transactions accurately at the parking lot entrance or exit using cash registers or mobile payment systems Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to identify hazards, unauthorized vehicles, or maintenance needs Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving barriers or equipment to facilitate smooth traffic flow Handle customer inquiries politely and resolve conflicts promptly using effective communication skills Maintain parking lots cleanliness and minor areas of planters at all times. Skills Proficiency in standard passenger car operation and driving within a busy outdoor environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently in outdoor settings Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math for balancing registers Experience in outdoor work environments with an understanding of safety protocols Conflict management skills to address customer concerns or disputes calmly and effectively Knowledge of parking management systems and valet parking procedures is a plus Excellent numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
