RideNow Powersports - North Ft. Worth is seeking a reliable Lot Technician/Porter to join our team. This is a Forklift driving position , and you must be 21 years of age or older . In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

What You'll Do:

Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling Deliver and pick up units to customers Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics Maintain awareness of the lot's layout and assist in managing inventory flow Perform general support tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus A valid driver's license with clean driving record is a must to be considered Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed) Ability to drive a truck with small trailer or the desire to learn Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner Excellent communication skills Trustworthy, punctual, and dedicated Ability to be on your feet most of the day Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including
