We do interior and exterior details, paint correction, and ceramic coatings for people who care about their cars. We're growing and need one reliable person to become the backbone of the team. What you'll do Perform full interior and exterior details at customers' homes and offices Run jobs start to finish in our company van, fully stocked with professional equipment Follow our job checklists so every car leaves looking the same: perfect Offer customers add-ons that genuinely fit their car, and earn commission when they say yes Keep the van clean, stocked, and ready Take before and after photos and videos of your work Help train newer detailers as the team grows What we're looking for Shows up on time, every time. Comfortable talking to customers Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Able to work outdoors in Texas heat and cold, and lift up to 50 lbs Detailing experience is a not a requirement. If you're reliable and coachable, we'll train you. Hours 25-35 hours per week through winter, increasing in spring. Weekday and weekend availability required.
