Job Description

RV Outfitters - Lot Porter / Service Technician Assistant RV Outfitters of Texas is a Division of Motorhomes of Texas that has been in business since 2018. RV Outfitters is a travel trailer and fifth wheel dealership serving Nacogdoches, Lufkin, and surrounding areas. RVO is growing and in need of a Lot Porter / Service Technician Assistant. We are seeking candidates who are dedicated to and take pride in their work. We will train the right candidate; you bring enthusiasm, character, drive, and desire to be successful! This position is hands-on and requires an individual who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, pays attention to detail and can clearly communicate information.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Exterior cleaning of RV's for retail sales and delivery to customers Final cleaning of the interior of sold units in preparation for delivery to customers Moving RV's on the sales / service lot Assist Service Technicians as needed Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of RV's on the lot Help to keep the parking lot clean Assist in ensuring all available inventory is on display Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Working knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance would be advantageous Detail oriented and organized Willingness to learn and to perform a wide range of allocated tasks Positive attitude with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently Strong attention to detail All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
