Must have a valid state issued driver's license and vehicle insurance with your name listed. Must have a smartphone with a data plan. Should have a high school diploma/GED preferred. Willing to learn, be coachable, and follow directions. Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to complete work with minimal supervision. Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs. Positive attitude! Responsibilities Report to property by 6:50 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and be prepared to work about 30 minutes per night. Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Take photos of all violations and unit numbers and send them to our app at the end of your shift. Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents. Communicate daily through the Love Waste Management app. Benefits Part time hours working 4 hours or less per week. Earn reward incentives through our Love Program.
