With more than 1,500 spray tans performed each month, we are established leaders in the Austin beauty industry. We're looking for motivated individuals who genuinely enjoy beauty, wellness, customer service, and sales. We can train skills, but we can't train passion. What You'll Do Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client. Educate clients on spray tanning, wellness services, products, and memberships. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions. Recommend services and retail products based on client needs. Help meet individual and team sales goals. Maintain a clean, polished, professional salon environment. Learn our services, systems, and sales process through ongoing training. What Sets This Position Apart?
