MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Function:
Direct traffic at gated entry into commercial and public lanes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct vehicle and/or credential inspections using app-based technology and conventional means. Observe and report any issues to management as necessary. Direct vehicles approaching gates to maintain regular flow of traffic. Maintain cleanliness of the area surrounding booth, ensuring roadways are free of debris. Provide accurate information to the public concerning all areas of airport parking operations and general airport information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of immediate metro area is desirable. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Prior airport experience is preferred. Must have excellent attendance and arrive to work on time when scheduled and have access to reliable transportation. Available to work overnight, weekends and/or holidays as scheduled.
