Responsibilities:
In this role you will maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood in order to answer guest questions and make local recommendations for places of interest. Handle all guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily. Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times. Assist in other departments of the hotel based on business demands and hotel needs.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a hotel brand environment or similar transportation role is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment! Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a clean driving record and a valid, current and non-probationary driver's license from the state in which the property is located Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different types of personalities Have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision Speak, read, write and understand English Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays Bilingual is a plus In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire .
