What You'll Do As a Valet Attendant , you will: Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood to confidently answer guest questions and provide local recommendations for places of interest. Handle guest complaints, questions, and requests efficiently and satisfactorily. Ensure hotel van(s) are clean, in good condition, and have adequate gasoline at all times. Provide prompt, safe, and secure transportation for guests and their belongings to and from predetermined locations. Deliver attentive, welcoming service that contributes to a positive and memorable guest experience. Assist other hotel departments based on business demands and hotel needs. What We're Looking For Prior experience in a hotel brand environment or similar transportation role is ideal; however, we are willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career.
