Our Valets are the heartbeat of the service department by setting the tone, creating the first impression, and delivering the kind of hospitality that keeps clients returning for years. You'll be an essential part of a team that is working toward excellence each day. Responsibilities Warmly greet every guest arriving for service and create a welcoming, friendly environment Park, retrieve, and manage customer vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism Assist customers with directions, questions, and service expectations Coordinate the flow of vehicles between service drive, shop, and parking areas Keep the service drive clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Technicians to keep operations running smoothly Assist with loaner vehicles, vehicle staging, and vehicle walk-arounds Support the overall hospitality experience that defines our dealership Skills A guest-first mindset; you genuinely enjoy helping people A friendly, positive, and energetic attitude Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance A desire to learn the automotive business and grow within the company The ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment This isn't just a job—it's the beginning of a path that can lead to become a Service Advisor, Technician Apprentice, Parts Specialist, Sales Consultant, or any other role you inspire to achieve.
