Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive for vehicle service appointments, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Assist with vehicle inspections, including checking for damages and verifying service needs Operate standard passenger cars and assist with valet parking duties in a safe and professional manner Process cash transactions accurately for services rendered or parts purchased using retail math and cash handling skills Support the service team by coordinating vehicle movement, including heavy lifting when necessary to ensure efficient workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Service Lane area, including outdoor work environments Communicate clearly with guests and team members to relay vehicle status updates and address any questions or concerns effectively Requirements Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger cars; valet parking or delivery driver experience is a plus Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of automotive service processes or dealership operations is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Service Lane Assistant if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, enjoy working outdoors, and want to grow your career in the automotive industry.
