Job Description

Bell/Valet Attendant Overview:
TheBell/Valet Attendantis responsible fordelivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service,anticipatingand delivering guests' needs.
Responsibilities:
Complete parking garage forms. Park guests' vehicles. Retrieveguests'vehicles. Assistguests with luggage when necessary. UrgentlyassistsDoorpersons in greeting our guests with undivided attention and open doors whenever possible. Assistin front drive activities as directed by Doorpersons. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Valid Virginia driver's license. Excellent driving record. Ability to drive vehicles with automaticand withmanual transmissions. Strong customer service skills. Ability to understand and speak basic Englishin order tocommunicate with guests and co-workers. Ability to stand for 8 hours, walk and runinafast-pace. Ability tolift upto 50 lbs. Ability and willingness to workoutdoors ininclement weatherincludingrain, snow, wind, and extreme heat. Ability and willingness toworka varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Mustresidewithin 50 miles of the hotel.
