$15 - $18 hourly, depending on experience Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! What We Need Self-motivated individuals Passion for the automotive industry Focus on serving customers What Our Lot Attendants Do Safely move, park, and stage new, used, and customer vehicles to support dealership and service operations. Inspect incoming vehicles, document their condition, and assist with inventory intake, vehicle photos, and recordkeeping. Prepare vehicles for display by installing required labels and ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Maintain an organized vehicle lot, key inventory, and service drive to support efficient daily operations. Assist the Service Department by greeting customers, supporting valet operations, and helping maintain smooth traffic flow through the service drive. Handle company and customer vehicles with care while following all safety, security, and confidentiality standards. Support the team with additional operational tasks and projects as needed. Your Pre-Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to operate an automatic or manual transmission a plus Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
