Valet Attendant Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner and providing them with a positive first impression while parking their vehicle for the day or overnight. Additionally, you'll assist by relaying resort knowledge, luggage retrieval, and other possible transportation needs. As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari. •Position starting as early as September. •
Pay Rate:
$11 - $13/Hour + Tips Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming first impression. Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage. Assist guests with cabs and other transportation requirements. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to all resort policies and safe driving practices. Maintain an organized and efficient valet drive by directing traffic and coordinating vehicle flow. Inspect vehicles upon arrival and departure, noting and reporting any existing or new damage according to department procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with Front Office, Bell Staff, and Security to ensure seamless guest service. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and accepted by Kalahari Resort insurance. Background, consisting of experience in operating various types of transportation vehicles, automatic and manual included. Hotel, resort or related field would be preferred.
