Pierre GMC of Everett is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Porter. As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department and providing exceptional customer service. Our operation is Monday through Friday. This position if full time with the hours of 8:30am till 5:00pm. Overtime is available.

Responsibilities:

Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to and from the service area. Deliver and retrieve customers via in-house shuttle service Maintain a clean and organized service area by regularly sweeping and removing debris. Assist service technicians with moving vehicles and equipment as needed. Perform light maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, refilling fluids, and replacing light bulbs. Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and labeled for identification. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a service porter or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization. Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance is a plus.
