In this energetic role, you will expertly park, retrieve, and manage vehicles while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless experience for visitors, making their visit memorable from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up in a courteous manner Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, shuttles, and commercial trucks, adhering to all safety protocols Use GPS navigation systems to locate parking areas efficiently and direct guests accordingly Park and retrieve vehicles using manual handling techniques, forklifts, or pallet jacks as needed Maintain a clean and organized valet station, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items such as luggage or equipment Drive in adverse weather conditions while maintaining safety standards and vehicle control Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial vehicle operation preferred Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and various types of vehicles including box trucks, limousines, or heavy equipment is advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving items using pallet jacks or dollies Experience in driving different vehicle types such as shuttle buses, school buses, tractor-trailers, or flatbeds is a plus Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and basic troubleshooting skills are beneficial Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to operate forklifts, air brake-equipped vehicles, or heavy haul trucks is desirable but not mandatory Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Valet Attendant where your driving expertise and energetic approach will elevate guest experiences.
