This individual will need to have excellent customer service skills and a "can-do" winning attitude. The Customer Service Valet Porter will assist the service advisors with customer shuttles, valet deliveries, document scanning, and cleaning. This is a fast-paced position where you will have multiple opportunities to make a positive impact on the customer's experience. • Friday, Hourly pay $17.13
• $19.00/ hour depending on experience Healthcare

Responsibilities:

Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer Coordinate and provide valet pick-up service for scheduled appointments Drive service shuttle van and assist with drop off/pick up of customers Work closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for customers Prepare documents for scanning Accurately and efficiently scan documents and verify they are indexed correctly Clean and maintain appearance of the dealership including customer waiting area, bathrooms, and break rooms Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Clean driving record and be insurable under the company's insurance Know and be comfortable driving manual transmission and automatic transmission vehicles Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently Ability to work in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and noise I-5 Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
