As one of the first team members on the ground, the Lot Attendant plays a visible and important role in keeping the operation running smoothly from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move, stage, and organize new and pre-owned Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles across the lot
• ensuring inventory is positioned correctly, accessible, and presented professionally
• Inspect vehicles during lot moves and flag any visible damage, low fuel, or maintenance needs to the appropriate team member
• Deliver and retrieve vehicles for guests as needed
• including loaner vehicles and customer drop-offs
• with professionalism and care
• Support the service and sales teams with vehicle movement during busy periods, deliveries, and lot reorganization
• Keep the lot organized, safe, and navigable throughout the day
• monitoring vehicle placement and flagging hazards
• Assist with basic vehicle prep
• fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for delivery or display as directed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable driving large vehicles including full-size commercial vans
• Mercedes-Benz Sprinters are substantial, and confidence moving them safely in a lot environment matters
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
