Fleet Operations Coordinator / Rental Fleet Manager / Fleet Runner Lux Auto Sales LLC Job Summary Lux Auto Sales is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee our growing rental vehicle fleet. This position is responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, fully fueled or charged, properly maintained, and ready for customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working around vehicles, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining high company standards. This job will require driving from Woodinville to Seatac Airport do drop cars off for routine maintenance on a daily basis. Ideal candidate should live <30 min from the airport. Daily Duties & Responsibilities Perform vehicle check-in and check-out inspections. Document vehicle condition with detailed photos before and after each rental. Verify fuel or battery charge levels. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and pickups. Prepare vehicles for upcoming reservations. Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed. Install and remove rental accessories (child seats, booster seats, coolers, etc.). Monitor vehicle cleanliness and overall presentation. Inspect for damage, excessive wear, warning lights, recalls, or maintenance needs. Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, tire service, oil changes, repairs, and recalls. Keep accurate maintenance and inspection records. Track registration, insurance, and licensing renewals. Assist customers during pickup and return. Answer customer questions professionally. Ensure all required rental documentation is completed. Report accidents, damage, or mechanical concerns immediately. Coordinate with service vendors and repair facilities. Manage vehicle inventory and keys. Transport vehicles between locations when necessary. Maintain company standards and ensure vehicles are always rental-ready.
Required Experience Preferred qualifications include:
Previous rental car, automotive, dealership, fleet, valet, or transportation experience. Experience driving a variety of vehicles. Vehicle inspection experience preferred. Basic automotive knowledge is a plus. Customer service experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be insurable. High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills•

Preferred Qualifications Experience using Turo or other vehicle-sharing platforms. Detailing experience. Basic mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with electric vehicles (Tesla experience is a plus). Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules. Working Conditions:
The detailer / lot attendant will primarily work outdoors. They may be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Working Conditions:
The detailer / lot attendant will primarily work outdoors on the dealership lot. They may be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The lot attendant may also be required to work weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
