Afternoon/Evening shift, 3pm-Close, plus alternating Saturdays About the Role Kunes Chevy of Delavan is hiring a part-time Car Lot Attendant / Lot Porter for our afternoon/evening shift to keep our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and accurately tracked. This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced automotive dealership team. No prior dealership experience required — we'll train the right candidate. What You'll Do Recondition vehicles by washing and cleaning the interior and exterior, pre- and post-sale Move, park, and organize vehicles across the sales lot to keep inventory neat and accessible Photograph new inventory and update vehicle listings and digital records Conduct regular lot walks to verify vehicle location, condition, and window sticker/documentation accuracy Identify and correct inventory discrepancies in our dealership management system Maintain overall property upkeep and beautification, keeping the lot clean and organized Handle snow removal to keep the lot safe and accessible Deliver dealer plates, keys, and paperwork between departments as needed Monitor the lot for safety hazards and report or resolve issues proactively Greet customers with an upbeat, friendly attitude as you move around the lot Assist sales and service teams with vehicle pick-up, drop-off, and transport Take on additional lot and inventory tasks as assigned Requirements What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old Basic vehicle knowledge and understanding of proper vehicle cleanliness standards Comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active/on your feet throughout the shift Basic computer skills for entering and updating vehicle records Strong attention to detail and reliable communication with team members Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and life insurance Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Daily Pay — access your earnings before payday Why Join Kunes Be part of a dealership team that values hard work and gives you room to grow.
