Lot and Facility Porter S1472b State Road 33, La Valle, WI 53941 From $16 an hour - Part-time, Seasonal From $16 an hour - Part-time, Seasonal Job Overview The Lot & Facility Porter is responsible for preparing, loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering powersports vehicles to and from Service Technicians and customers. This position also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the dealership grounds and supports general dealership operations. Essential Functions Transport on-road and off-road vehicles to and from Service Technicians as needed. Assist customers with loading and unloading vehicles and parts. Manage, organize, stage, and display parked vehicles throughout the dealership lot. Perform local pickups and deliveries of vehicles, parts, and supplies as needed. Keep the parking lot, outdoor facilities, and surrounding property clean, organized, and presentable. Perform basic lawn mowing and landscaping duties to maintain the appearance of the property. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Operate all dealership equipment safely and follow all safety policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by treating customers honestly and demonstrating the dealership's commitment to ethical business practices. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications Required Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid Class D driver's license. Motorcycle endorsement required. Experience operating powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to physically maneuver motorcycles, boats, personal watercraft, powersports vehicles, and agricultural equipment. Ability to work in an environment with chemicals, cleaning agents, fuel fumes, and varying weather conditions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
