Valets can average $13.00-$20.00+ per hour , including base pay and tips. Earnings vary by location, schedule, guest volume, and service. About the Position Valet Attendants are often the first and last people guests meet. You will welcome guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and provide friendly, professional service. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced hospitality team. What You'll Do Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles. Inspect vehicles and document any existing damage. Keep keys and claim tickets organized. Help maintain safe and efficient traffic flow. Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally. Keep the valet area clean and organized. Follow all safety, attendance, and timekeeping procedures. Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work. Support team members and complete required training. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need A valid driver's license. A safe driving record with no more than three moving violations in three years. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass required background and driving-record checks. A friendly, helpful, and professional attitude. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements You must be able to: Stand and walk for long periods. Move quickly when retrieving vehicles. Lift up to 50 pounds. Work outdoors in different weather conditions. Work safely around moving vehicles and noise. This is an at-will position with a 120-day introductory period. As a non-exempt employee, you are eligible for overtime pay as required by law.
