Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring a positive first impression. Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles in various outdoor conditions. Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest departure, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude. Handle cash transactions accurately when processing valet fees or tips, maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving or repositioning vehicles or equipment. Maintain a clean and organized valet station, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions preferred. Strong guest service and communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers. Previous experience in hospitality, dealership, or valet parking roles is highly desirable. Ability to perform outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions. Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity required for vehicle handling tasks. Experience with cash handling, cashiering, retail math, or processing transactions is a plus. Excellent driving skills, including safe operation of vehicles for delivery or parking purposes.
