401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Tow Yard Lot Attendant to join our Wisconsin team. This position supports our Milwaukee, Oak Creek, and Mount Pleasant lot locations throughout the week. The right candidate will have previous tow truck experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Lot Attendant is responsible for moving and organizing vehicles throughout the yard, assisting customers with vehicle releases, completing release documentation on a tablet, preparing vehicles for transport to auction, and maintaining accurate property and vehicle inventory records. This position also requires retaking and uploading vehicle photos when additional or corrected images are needed for field-agent accounts. Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle releases in a professional manner Complete required release paperwork and obtain signatures using a tablet Operate a tow truck to move and organize vehicles throughout the yard Maintain organized vehicle placement across the lot Remove and inventory personal property from vehicles being prepared for transport to auction Complete personal property inventory sheets accurately Complete vehicle inventory sheets accurately Retake and upload vehicle photos when additional or corrected images are requested Communicate effectively with customers, field agents, coworkers, and office staff Work between the Milwaukee, Oak Creek, and Mount Pleasant lot locations as scheduled Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous tow truck experience required Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Ability to operate a tow truck safely within the yard Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good customer-service skills Ability to use a tablet and complete electronic documentation Strong attention to detail Ability to complete inventory paperwork accurately Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and stay organized Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Must meet company insurance and background requirements
