Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lot Attendant and become the vital first impression of our business ! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lot environment, ensuring all equipment are showcased at their best. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every customer who visits. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your industry skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Assist with the movement and parking of equipment to ensure an orderly and accessible lot. Perform routine cleaning and detailing of equipment, including washing, vacuuming, and interior tidying. Conduct equipment / rental inspections for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly. Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and window cleaning and mowing grass and trimming. Support custodial tasks such as restocking supplies and ensuring the lot remains safe and clutter-free. Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and answering basic questions about vehicles on the lot. Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to assist with vehicle movement around the lot. Customer service skills that enable friendly interactions with customers and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Knowledge of basic maintenance or techniques is advantageous but not mandatory. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the automotive industry while contributing to a polished and professional lot environment!
