MKSA/KULA?

At MKSA/KULA, our mission is to help young children with developmental delays and disabilities build the skills they need to live meaningful and successful lives. We primarily serve children from birth through kindergarten in a supportive, child-centered environment. Our team includes educators, teacher assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other professionals who work together with families to meet each child's unique developmental, therapeutic, and medical needs. As a Van Rider, you will be an important part of that team by helping children arrive safely and ready for their day. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable, punctual, and committed to child safety Caring, patient, and comfortable working with young children Friendly and professional when communicating with children, families, coworkers, and drivers Attentive and able to remain focused in a busy environment Organized and able to follow transportation and safety procedures Ready to make a positive difference every day Qualifications Education and Age Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age Experience No previous experience is required Experience working with children is helpful but not necessary Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people Ability to work compassionately with children from birth through age six and their families Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment Basic computer skills Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to use good judgment and practical problem-solving skills Basic written communication and math skills If you are ready to join a caring team, build meaningful connections, and play an important role in the safety and well-being of children, we encourage you to apply today!
