Shuttle Driver - Fayetteville High School Swim Team

Position:

Part-Time Shuttle Driver

Pay:

$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

After school, Monday-Friday, based on the swim team practice schedule

Location:

Fayetteville Public Schools / Southwest Athletic Complex (SWAC) to Fayetteville Athletic Club

Position Summary

Fayetteville Public Schools is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to transport members of the Fayetteville High School boys' and girls' swim teams from the Southwest Athletic Complex (SWAC) on Bulldog Boulevard to the Fayetteville Athletic Club for swim practice.

Essential Duties

Safely transport student-athletes from SWAC to the Fayetteville Athletic Club following the school day.

Maintain a safe, orderly, and professional environment for students throughout transportation.

Follow all district transportation procedures, safety protocols, and applicable laws.

Conduct appropriate pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks.

Ensure students are safely loaded and unloaded at designated locations.

Communicate promptly with the appropriate coach or district staff regarding delays, concerns, or transportation issues.

Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when working with students.

Qualifications

Valid Arkansas driver's license and a safe driving record.

Ability to pass required district background checks and applicable transportation requirements.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work appropriately and professionally with high school students.

Prior experience transporting students or working with youth is preferred.

Compensation

$25.00 per hour, with hours based on the swim team practice schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable individual who enjoys working with students and wants a consistent after-school position supporting Fayetteville High School athletics.

This position is for 1 hour/day!
