In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional guest services by assisting with luggage, guiding guests to their accommodations, and ensuring smooth shuttle operations. Schedules and shifts may change every week depending on the needs of the the hotel and business. Shifts may include days, evenings weekends, weekends nights and overnights.

Required:

a valid, unexpired driver's license clean driving record; auto insurance company will review your record. ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds, using all precautionary and safety protocols as not to hurt yourself or anyone around you. ability to stand on your feet throughout most of the shifts ability to walk with urgency around the property completing required tasks. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering personalized assistance with luggage and directions Operate hotel shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently to transport guests to and from designated locations Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring proper handling and security Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle vehicles in accordance with hotel policies and emergency procedures Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Support guest relations by addressing requests promptly, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being Excellent communication skills for client interaction via phone, in person, and through written correspondence Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit processes, and hotel reservation systems enhances service delivery Ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for shuttle operations This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safety and efficiency in transportation services.
