Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Class B Chauffeur with a Passenger Endorsement to provide exceptional transportation services for clients. This role involves safely operating luxury vehicles, ensuring passenger comfort, and delivering a seamless travel experience. As a chauffeur, you will be the face of our premium service, representing professionalism, reliability, and courtesy at all times. Your expertise in navigation, vehicle handling, and customer service will help create memorable journeys for our clients. Responsibilities Safely operate luxury vehicles such as a Mercedes Sprinter limousine style or Passenger Style. Provide excellent customer service, offering wine tours, city tours, weddings, bachelor parties, company events, ex... Use GPS navigation and Google maps to plan efficient routes and adapt to real-time traffic conditions. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and knowledge for each job. Communicate professionally with clients, addressing their specific route, needs and preferences while ensuring their safety throughout the day. Follow all company policies and traffic laws diligently to uphold driver safety and passenger safety at all times. Assist with passenger boarding and disembarking, dropping off at a designated area. Maintain a professional appearance and arrive properly dressed for all reservations. Required attire includes a white dress shirt, black dress slacks or professional black dress attire, and black dress shoes. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving, chauffeur services, with passengers. Arriving to pick up the vehicle on time Good knowledge of navigation software on mobile device. Demonstrated ability to handle luxury vehicles such as Mercedes Sprinter, limousine style sprinter that seats up to 13 passengers. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and hospitality. Familiarity with the vehicle, vehicle pre inspection, and basic troubleshooting to ensure vehicle reliability. Experience in adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols during all driving activities. Driving at speed limit.
