Kiddie Academy of Corona has an exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized, and experienced professional to join us as our School Age Teacher and Office Manager. This position allows you to talk to families, implement curriculum and provide training to lead and assistant teachers. You'll have the opportunity to combine your Early Childhood Education experience with business management skills to influence the operations of the Academy. In addition, you will get to closely work with the owners who are equally passionate about creating a supportive work environment for staff that will be rewarding, refreshing and fulfilling.

Job Responsibilities:

Help in the front office with curriculum implementation and parent communication in the morning hours and lead the School Age program including pick ups from local elementary schools in the afternoon. What a perfect mix of responsibilities!

Qualifications:

A School Age Teacher must meet the qualifications of California Licensing Title 22 and the following qualifications (12 core semester units and 6 months of experience): the ability to perform all of the responsibilities of below: the ability to interact closely with children at their level; the ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times; the ability to understand and comply with the franchisee's employment policies; the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with school personnel, children and parents; the ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies; the ability to comply in all respects with all applicable laws and regulations relating to childcare.
