Join ROADS Community Clinic - Compton's vibrant health care team as a
TRANSPORTATION DRIVER
(CDL with Passenger Endorsement Required) and make a meaningful difference to our community's most vulnerable members. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.Job Qualifications & Experience:
Preferred Experience :
Transporting healthcare patients and experience driving shuttle and mobile units.License Requirements :
Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Passenger endorsement required.Skills :
Customer service experience. Effective verbal communication skills.Language Skills :
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.Duties & Responsibilities:
Patient Transport :
Safely and professionally transport patients using company vehicles, including shuttle and mobile units.Communication :
Maintain clear communication with the transportation coordinator regarding the schedule and instructions.Vehicle Maintenance :
Complete daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness of shuttle and mobile units. Adherence toRegulations :
Operate vehicles, including shuttle and mobile units, in compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and federal/state regulations.Reporting :
Report any vehicle malfunctions, traffic accidents, or other incidents according to company guidelines.Additional Duties :
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Benefits :
