Job Summary We are looking for responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers who own a minivan or cargo van to join our dynamic team. As a Delivery Driver for Navahan Inc., you will be the face of our company, responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and commercial customers. You will use your own vehicle and our technology to navigate routes and track deliveries. Vehicle Requirement You must own or lease one of the following: Minivan (Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica, Kia Carnival, or similar) Cargo Van (Ford Transit, RAM ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter, Nissan NV200, Chevy Express, or similar) Rear seats must fold flat or come out so the cargo area is open and usable. The vehicle must be in good working condition, registered and insured. Sedans, SUVs, and pickup trucks do not qualify. Key Responsibilities Safely operate your own vehicle for deliveries in all weather conditions. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure it is safe and clean. Load and unload packages from the vehicle, capable of handling packages up to 50 lbs. Follow a pre-planned route, using a GPS device to navigate and manage your delivery schedule efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude with every interaction. Use a handheld device to scan packages, track deliveries, and communicate with the dispatch team. Record your daily mileage. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Work independently to solve problems and manage time effectively throughout the day. Qualifications & Requirements Must own a minivan or cargo van (see Vehicle Requirement above). Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license. Must have a clean driving record (a Motor Vehicle Record check will be conducted). Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move packages up to 50 lbs. Ability to get in and out of a delivery vehicle frequently and walk for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to punctuality. Customer service-oriented mindset. Comfortable using smartphones and navigation technology. Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.

Schedule Job Type:

Full-Time Typical Schedule:

5 days per week. Shifts are approximately 6-8 hours long.

Availability:

Must have weekend availability.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

$18.50 - $30.00 per hour, paid weekly. This includes hourly wages plus mileage reimbursement.

Tips:

You keep 100% of customer tips.

Mileage Reimbursement:

Paid at the current IRS rate for all business miles driven.

Overtime:

Overtime paid at time and a half after 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours in a week.
