Vi Living is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, courteous transport for residents at our luxury senior living community. In this role, you will drive company vehicles to medical appointments, errands, and social outings while assisting residents with boarding and ensuring their comfort and safety. You'll perform basic vehicle inspections, maintain clean, well-presented vehicles, and follow all traffic and company safety protocols. Responsibilities Safely operate community vehicles to transport residents to appointments, errands, and community events Assist residents with boarding, seating, and exiting vehicles while ensuring dignity and comfort Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Adhere to traffic laws, safety procedures, and Vi Living transportation policies Maintain accurate trip logs, schedules, and documentation Communicate courteously with residents, families, and staff to coordinate transportation needs Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and presentable at all times Support emergency or unscheduled transportation needs as required Required Skills Safe vehicle operation Passenger assistance and transfer support Defensive driving Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance checks Route planning and time management Documentation and trip logging Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations Customer service in senior care settings Emergency response awareness Communication with residents and staff
