We pride ourselves on offering safe, reliable, and friendly transportation that supports independence and community inclusion.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Driver and/or Aide to join our team. This position involves driving an established route and assisting passengers as needed. Drivers operate company-owned minivans and ensure all clients are transported safely and comfortably.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Split shift: 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport clients along assigned routes Assist individuals entering and exiting vehicles as needed Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle Communicate clearly and respectfully with passengers and staff Follow company policies and report any incidents or concerns promptly
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to work with Individuals with intellectual disabilities. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Compassionate, patient, and respectful Must be able to pass background and driving record checks Why Join RAD Commute?
