Job Description

LAZ Parking is hiring Airport Shuttle Drivers to safely transport passengers between airport terminals, parking facilities, and designated locations. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll provide friendly assistance with luggage, follow fixed routes and schedules, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time service. Responsibilities include conducting pre/post-trip inspections, following all traffic and safety regulations, maintaining a clean vehicle, and representing LAZ's people-first culture. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles between airport terminals, parking facilities, and designated locations Provide courteous customer service, including greeting passengers and assisting with luggage Follow assigned routes and schedules while communicating with dispatch for updates or delays Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Comply with all traffic laws, airport rules, and company safety policies Maintain a clean, orderly shuttle interior and exterior Assist passengers with special needs, ensuring safe boarding and exiting Accurately follow procedures for passenger counts, tickets, and any payment systems Respond calmly and appropriately to traffic or weather-related issues Represent LAZ Parking's people-first, service-driven culture at all times Required Skills Safe vehicle operation Defensive driving Route planning and navigation Customer service Airport procedures and curbside operations Vehicle inspection and basic troubleshooting Time management Cash/card handling or ticket scanning Two-way radio or dispatch systems Compliance with DOT and company safety policies
