As a Shuttle Driver you are responsible for the safe transportation of guests around the property, while following all the applicable rules and regulations. You would maintain cleanliness and upkeep of your vehicle to ensure our guests have the best experience during their travels. You will also have the pleasure of interacting with the guests during there time on the shuttle where you will help to answer questions they may have about the resort, make recommendations to them, any much more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obey all traffic rules and regulations constantly throughout shift to ensure a safe, accident-free trip.
  • Assist guest with storing and retrieving their luggage.
  • May operate a vehicle that seats up to 18 passengers.
  • Knowledge of all property outlets, meeting rooms, amenities as well as main attractions in the area, parking, etc.
  • Maintain the resort shuttle gas, oil, and cleanliness.
Completion of daily van reports is required along with reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis.
