Job Description
SmartTech Carpentry LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Van Driver / Company Driver to join our growing remodeling and construction team in Hialeah, FL . If you are a dependable driver who enjoys working with a hands-on team and wants a steady job with opportunities for additional hours and growth , we'd like to hear from you! What You'll Do Drive a company van to local job sites and supply stores Safely transport tools, materials, equipment, and occasionally crew members Pick up and deliver construction and remodeling materials Help load and unload tools and materials when needed Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition Follow daily schedules and routes provided by the supervisor Assist the team with basic job-site tasks when driving duties are completed Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and suppliers Follow all company safety and driving procedures What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean/reliable driving record Safe and responsible driving habits Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift and move construction materials and tools Comfortable driving a company van in the Hialeah/Miami area Ability to work independently and as part of a team Construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Steady local work Company vehicle provided for work-related driving Consistent schedule Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime when available Opportunity to learn construction and remodeling skills Potential for advancement within a growing company Friendly, hands-on work environment
