Our team works with major lenders and financial institutions to locate and recover collateral while maintaining strict compliance, professionalism, and efficiency. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Repossession Camera Car Driver to run LPR (License Plate Recognition) routes and feed real-time vehicle data to our recovery agents. This role does not involve direct contact with debtors. You will operate a company-provided camera-equipped vehicle, scan high-probability areas, and play a key role in locating assigned units. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, structured routes, and being part of a high-energy, results-driven team. Key Responsibilities Operate an LPR camera-equipped vehicle to scan for vehicles assigned for repossession. Run designated routes and high-density areas to capture 8,000-10,000 scans per shift. Identify and report LPR "hits" promptly to dispatch and field agents. Log all spotted units into company software (Insightt/RDN) with accurate and timely updates. Support field agents by providing precise locations and access notes for potential recoveries. Keep the camera car clean, fueled, and in good working order. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state regulations. Maintain professionalism at all times—no debtor interaction is required or permitted. Work independently and follow assigned routes with consistency and urgency. Requirements Must have 3 years driving history Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable MVR. Ability to work full shift- we have day shift or overnight shift availability Comfortable driving for long periods and navigating various neighborhoods. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Ability to use mobile apps, GPS, and company software (training provided). Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of meeting performance expectations. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications Experience in repossession, towing, security, or related fields is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with LPR systems, RDN, or Insightt software is beneficial. Tech Saavy Previous driving jobs a plus but not required Schedule Day shift or Overnight Shift Consistent full-time hours. Compensation Competitive hourly pay with performance-based opportunities.
