BEING A LIBERTY TEAM MEMBER

What will my role as a Employee Shuttle Driver entail? Non-CDL position. Punctuality on shuttle route times. Punctuality reporting for shift on time. Providing a warm and sincere welcome to all of our team members. Ensuring cleanliness of shuttle. Tracking shuttle mileage, and issues in vehicle log. Obeying all speed limits. Obeying all traffic, and vehicle laws. Driving shuttle in a safe and efficient manner. Understanding and implementing daily game plans for success. Enforcing all safety protocols during your shifts. Lifting, loading/unloading up to 50 pounds. Assist your fellow hotel colleagues on anything that may help our hotels and residences shine. Must be available to work shifts starting at 5am and ending at 12am How will this position benefit me? Safety bonuses Team member of the month bonuses Development into manager, and attend our Annual Manager Seminar in other states What is the compensation for this position? $16 per hour

JOINING LIBERTY PARKING

Possess the ability to communicate effectively Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Neat and professional appearance Have the desire to help others Have the desire to help your team win day in and day out Physical requirements: Ability to sprint short distances. Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift. Ability to work in extreme elements - heat, wind, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.
