Duties Operate shuttle vans to transport guests between airports, hotels, and various local destinations on a scheduled basis. Provide dedicated airport shuttles and local guest shuttles, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including handling luggage when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle at all times. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during daily operations. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts as required. Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a positive experience and address any questions or concerns professionally. Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and reliability. Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in driving passenger vehicles or shuttle services preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety regulations. Ability to operate a vehicle safely under various weather conditions. Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential for this role.
