Full-Time About the Position Holiday Inn Express & Suites Camp Creek is looking for a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Hotel Shuttle Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for providing safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests while also assisting with the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the hotel's public areas. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable interacting with guests, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure a clean and welcoming hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Guest Shuttle Responsibilities Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport, businesses, restaurants, and other approved locations. Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests. Assist guests with luggage when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Follow all company, hotel, and transportation safety policies. Maintain accurate shuttle logs and communicate transportation needs with the front desk. Operate the hotel shuttle in a safe and courteous manner at all times. Assist guests with directions and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area when requested. Hotel Operations Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the hotel lobby and public areas throughout the day. Clean and sanitize public restrooms. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and other public areas. Clean and maintain the lobby, entrance, hallways, elevators, and other common areas. Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property. Restock public restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies. Assist with maintaining the hotel's appearance and cleanliness to Holiday Inn Express standards. Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown for meetings, events, and groups. Move tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed for room setups. Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking hotel supplies. Stock and maintain the hotel's Market Pantry with snacks, beverages, and other merchandise. Assist with moving supplies, deliveries, luggage, linens, and other items throughout the property. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, spills, damaged furniture, or other concerns to management. Assist housekeeping and front desk staff with reasonable operational needs when requested. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the hotel. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous hotel, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance, or customer service experience preferred. Must be comfortable driving hotel guests. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be willing to perform both driving and housekeeping/houseman duties. Professional appearance and positive attitude required. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting. The employee must be able to assist with moving tables, chairs, supplies, luggage, and other hotel equipment as needed. Schedule The hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , and the position may require weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and varying shifts based on hotel business needs.
